Meet The Team

We’re Hiring!

If you believe memory care should feel like home—not a facility—you belong here.

At Clover Care, we care for just six residents in a beautiful Rocklin home guided by calm, compassion, and connection. We’re seeking heart-led caregivers who value dignity, presence, and purpose.

The People Behind Clover Care

Our caregivers, directors, and support staff bring calm, skill, and compassion to every day. We’re intentionally small—so each team member truly knows every resident: their rhythms, joys, and life stories.

Together, we create a home where dignity lives in the details—one breath, one hand, one smile at a time.

Adam McClure

Founder & Administrator

Adam has spent decades training in energetic and somatic practices, pairing that foundation with a career in real estate development and operations. As part of the management team at Clover Care, he focuses on supporting the caregiving staff and bringing hospitality-level standards to healthcare settings.

Adam is a licensed Real Estate Broker and active Northern California developer, inviting values-aligned investors and partners who believe in communities of care.

Why this work matters to Adam:

"I've watched too many families place their loved ones in facilities that feel institutional, chaotic, and lonely. We must do better. Memory care should feel like home—a real home with quality finishes, beautiful spaces, and a garden you'd want to sit in. Our Rocklin home is the environment I'd want for my father."

Christina Lane, M.Ed.

Curriculum & Care Director

Christina designs Clover Care's training, daily rhythms, and activity frameworks, weaving Montessori methods with somatic embodiment and Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care®.

With her Master's in Education (Literacy Specialist), years of instructional training expertise, and certifications in somatic modalities, she transforms evidence-based practices into simple, repeatable caregiver routines.
Christina also coaches adults in embodied relationship and nervous-system work, bringing a rare blend of curriculum rigor and human warmth to memory care.

Why this work matters to Christina:

"I spent years teaching children to read—meeting them exactly where they were, building on strengths, never shaming struggle. Memory care is the same. We meet people where they are. We honor what they can still do. Within a smaller setting, we can truly see each person and design care that fits them—not a one-size-fits-all program."
