Schedule: Full-time, with weekend rotation

Overview:

We are seeking an Administrator / Operations Lead who is both grounded and capable—someone who can hold the practical responsibilities of running a home and the relational responsibility of welcoming families, supporting staff, and protecting the culture of care.

This role is ideal for someone who values order, clarity, and systems, while also understanding that memory care is ultimately about people, not processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a small, residential memory care home, ensuring everything runs smoothly, calmly, and in compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for families—welcoming inquiries, leading tours, guiding admissions, and maintaining clear, compassionate communication throughout each resident’s stay.
• Manage resident records, care documentation, ordering of household and care supplies, and coordination with vendors and service providers. Support facilities upkeep and help maintain a home that is clean, well-run, and thoughtfully cared for.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of caregivers, reinforcing Montessori, somatic, and Positive Approach to Care® principles in daily practice. Coordinate closely with caregivers, physicians, and external providers to ensure care plans are implemented consistently and residents remain safe, supported, and well known.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in senior living, memory care, healthcare administration, or residential care operations. Strong organizational skills and comfort managing records, systems, and details. A confident, warm communicator—especially with families navigating emotionally complex decisions.
• Grounded, steady presence with the ability to lead calmly without urgency or pressure. Deep alignment with dignity-centered, home-style memory care. Familiarity with dementia or Alzheimer’s care strongly preferred. Administrator certification or RCFE experience a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
